Operations
Provide support to Processing Centre Supervisors by ensuring they have the tools, equipment and resources necessary to deliver on their targets
Develop an operational strategic plan to achieve company targets


Finance
Manage operational expenditure within budget without compromising performance


Employees
Get, keep and grow high performing Supervisors through appropriate remuneration schemes


Customers
Regularly engage with customers to obtain a better understanding of their requirements
